AquaWeve polyethylene liners are engineered to offer great strength in a light weight liner material.  The material is UV stabilized to offer years of worry-free protection against the damaging rays of the sun.  Unlike regular multi-layered liners which simply stack the layers of liner on top of each other, AquaWeve liners are woven together.  This gives the ultimate in strength!  In fact, AquaWeve liners have a tear strength of 60 P.S.I. and a burst strength of 600 P.S.I..  Because of its light weight and ultimate strength, the AquaWeve liner material can be manufactured in sizes up to 60,000 square feet in just one piece!

Unlike PVC liners which need 12" of soil over the entire liner, these liners do not require coverage other than around the edges.  This lowers the overall installation cost dramatically!  Weight per 1000 square feet is 68 lbs.  A $50.00 packaging fee is added to the liner costs to cover protective materials used in shipping the liner.  Custom made liners require approx. 10 - 14 days for manufacturing and delivery.

AquaWeve liners are factory welded together in 6' wide panels.  To eliminate waste, each liner needs to have either the length or the width by a multiple of 6'.  Minimum size starts at 1,000 square feet.  For smaller liners, please check out our 45 mil EPDM liners.
